Negina Khalil

Negina practices in all areas of labour and employment law. She has a broad range of experience advising clients on employee management and discipline, collective bargaining, employment litigation, human rights, legislative compliance, and other related areas.

Prior to joining PCM in 2021, Negina articled and worked as an associate at a full-service law firm, where she gained valuable experience in applying law and policy to support the goals and objectives of clients. Negina also has previous experience as a review officer with WorkSafeBC, where she adjudicated workers’ compensation disputes on appeal.

While studying at the Allard School of Law at UBC, Negina acted as a Student Coordinator and served as both Vice President Academic with the Allard Law Student’s Society, and as Director of Communications as part of the Allard Law Women’s Caucus Executive. She also volunteered as an instructor for the Legal Education Outreach Program.
